Design Storytelling

My favourite things today, and every day, are words and images.

Most especially how they relate to each other. This short film is a beautiful illustration of how we see the world through that relationship. Through the presence of images and the absence of words it cleverly shows us the power of visual and linguistic connections to produce knowledge.

It’s a companion piece to illustrate a WNYC Radiolab episode from last year - Words - which blew my tiny mind with its brilliant storytelling this evening. Thanks to @Brainpicker for highlighting it today - it was, in fact, the highlight of my day.
